Hawaii Car Events 2026 (these are not MOONEYES events...we are sharing info only)
- September 7: East End Hot Rod car show at Hawaii Kai Towne Center, 2-5pm.
- September 4-7: 24th Shaka Weekend with VW events each day. Visit VW Club of Hawaii.
- September 13: All Ford Show: Car show at Honolulu Ford from 10am-2pm with the Aloha Mustang & Shelby Club.
- September 20: Cars and Coffee at Wai Kai in Ewa Beach from 9-11am.
- September 27: Rides & Coffee at Detail Garage Hawaii from 10am-2pm.
- October 24: Koolau Trunk or Treat at Koolau Shopping Center from 5:30-8:30pm.
- October 31: Trunk or Treat at Shriner's Hospital, 11am-1pm with the Aloha Mustang & Shelby Club.
MOONEYES Events 2026
- September 5: Meet-n-Greet Emi Suganuma, driver of the MOONEYES Sprightly Fairy Chevy Vega Wagon at our store from 12noon-3pm with promotions during her visit!
- September 13: Model Car Display by the Hawaii Model Car Mafia with guest Alex Ramirez from Oakland, CA. At the MOONEYES HAWAII store from 9am-2pm.
- September 20: PopUp event with live auctions, die casts and Hot Wheels by Shan da Man 808 and nucollector, 10am-1pm at MOONEYES HAWAII.
- December 6: Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2026 returns to the Pacifico Yokohama in Yokohama, Japan. This one-day indoor event features an impressive lineup of custom cars and motorcycles, live pinstriping from top artists, vendor booths, and live bands—making it one of Japan’s premier celebrations of custom culture.
- December 12: MOONEYES Christmas Party Show & Drag 2026 at the In-n-Out Burger Pomona Dragstrip.

Hawaii Kai Towne Center
The East End Hot Rod Car Show at Hawaii Kai Towne Center brought together an incredible lineup of classic cars, custom builds, muscle cars, vintage trucks, and local automotive enthusiasts for an afternoon of community and car culture. Visitors enjoyed checking out unique rides, meeting fellow enthusiasts, and spending Memorial Day surrounded by some of Oahu's finest automotive creations. Mahalo to everyone who brought their vehicles, stopped by, and helped make another great Hawaii car show a success. We look forward to seeing everyone at the next event! 🚗🌴
